Painting on wood is exciting, I love how the grooves and grain create a beautiful and unique effect. There is so much to experiment by adding water or using thicker paint then sanding some off once it dries. I play with it as I go feeling and creating the piece in the moment. Allowing it to change from my original intention and design. Alawys feel your impulse of creativity and go for it! Have fun and enjoy the process.
